Yes, there are spaces available for parties and events.
You can bring in your own food or choose a caterer from the Preferred Caterer List (PDF).
You contact the caterers directly for pricing information. They will provide all food and beverages, including alcohol, for your event. They will also arrange for rental of tables, chairs, linens and other equipment.
That depends on your set-up and your chosen location or room.
Yes, but no nail, duct or electrical tape may be used to hang decorations. Please refrain from using balloons at the Wildlife Sanctuary; loose balloons are very harmful to wildlife. All decorations must be removed prior to the end of your rental. See USFWS article on balloons and wildlife.
Yes, you may hire a band or DJ. You may also use the sound system.
Guests are able to visit the entire facility during regular facility operating hours of 8 am to 4:30 pm. September 16 through April 15 . The hiking trails are closed at 4:30 pm After regular facility hours, guests are in the rented space.
Parking is free in any of our parking lots.
No, nothing may arrive until the day of your event. All materials must be removed immediately following your event.
