Water Aerobics

Water Aerobics is a fun and high energy workout! Provide extra resistance to your cardiovascular workout with minimal impact. This class is appropriate for all fitness levels, ages 14 and up. 

Water Aerobics is Thursday evenings, April 4-May 2, 2019 at 7:00-7:45 p.m. at Southwest Pool.

Registration is closed for the Spring 2019 session.
