Green Bay Housing Authority Main Office

Our main office located at 1424 Admiral Court, Green Bay, WI 54303 is now OPEN!  Please know that an individual will be required to wear a face mask or face shield if he/she is entering the office for in person assistance.  As a reminder, the Mason Manor building is a locked and secured building so you will have to call the main office at (920) 492-3790 to schedule an appointment if you would like to meet with a staff member in person.  If you plan to stop by, then please make sure you park within the Visitor's Parking lot that is located behind the building (parking lot closest to the high school).  Our normal business hours are Monday-Friday 7AM to 4PM.  We are not open on the weekends!  

*SUMMER HOURS- please know that currently between Memorial Day and Labor Day our business hours are DIFFERENT from the normal business hours mentioned above.  Summer business hours are Monday-Thursday 7AM to 4PM and Friday 7AM to 11AM.  


About Scattered Sites- Family Housing Program

The City of Green Bay Housing Authority (GBHA) owns and manages 48 single-family homes/duplexes that consist of 2, 3 or 4 bedrooms. These units range in styles from ranch, two-story, and upper and lower duplexes. The units are also “scattered” throughout the east and west side of Green Bay. All units have a garage or a shed for exterior storage and all units have an unfinished basement.  Please know that our units are only located in Green Bay.  Per our policy we serve Brown County applicants before non-Brown County applicants.

We do have a waitlist/waiting period for each bedroom size unit.

Please also know that we DO NOT offer any urgent/emergency housing assistance! If you are in need of immediate housing assistance and we do not have anything available, then please see the Federally Assisted Family Housing info list below (in the "Related Documents").  This list consist of other low income based housing sites within Green Bay.  Each of these sites are privately owned and are not a part of the Green Bay Housing Authority. Please call the phone numbers listed to inquire about availability/eligibility.

To obtain an application, you can visit our office located at 1424 Admiral Court, Green Bay, WI 54303.  Our normal business hours are Monday through Fridays 7:00AM to 4:00PM (except during SUMMER business hours-as mentioned above). You can also call Kaycee Champasak at (920) 492-3790 to request for an application to be mailed, emailed or faxed to you.
