In an effort to keep our employees and the community safe during the COVID-19 virus crisis, the Green Bay Housing Authority’s main office has been closed to the public.  

Our team is dedicated to keeping our virtual doors as open as possible, but there will be delays in our ability to provide some services.

About Scattered Sites

The City of Green Bay Housing Authority (GBHA) owns and manages 50 single-family homes/duplexes that consist of 2, 3 or 4 bedrooms. These units range in styles from ranch, two-story, and upper and lower duplexes. The units are also “scattered” throughout the east and west side of Green Bay. All units have a garage or a shed for exterior storage and all units have an unfinished basement.

Please also know that we do not have any emergency housing assistance available! If you are in need of immediate housing assistance and we do not have anything available, then please see the Federally Assisted Family Housing info list below (in the "Related Documents").  This list consist of other low income based housing sites within Green Bay.  Each of these sites are privately owned and are not a part of the Green Bay Housing Authority.  Please call the phone numbers listed to inquire about availability/eligibility.


To obtain an application, you can visit our office located at 1424 Admiral Court, Green Bay, WI 54303.  Our normal business hours are Monday through Fridays 7:00AM to 4:00PM. You can also call us at (920) 492-3790 to request for an application to be mailed, emailed or faxed to you.
