Legends District

About the Legends District

The Legends District, generally bounded by Lombardi Avenue, Ashland Avenue, and the Village of Ashwaubenon, was historically developed in industrial uses. It is one of Green Bay’s oldest corridors and is in a transition from old industrial usage to a mixed-use district.

The Green Bay Packers have made significant investments in the local community in recent years, including investment in the area immediately surrounding Lambeau Field. The City seeks to continue its partnership with the Packers while also establishing the Legends District as a year-round recreational draw that will go beyond football weekends, and bring in visitors from across the state and country.
