New Homes in Your Neighborhood (NHIYN)

The New Homes in Your Neighborhood Program offers a great opportunity for new construction on existing neighborhood infill sites owned by the Redevelopment Authority of the City of Green Bay. The program provides funding to construct a single-family home for owner occupancy. View all of the sites available for the program on our Available Properties listing. Eligible sites are designated with “see NHIYN* for more details”.

The Redevelopment Authority of the City of Green Bay is excited to offer a plan book that details pre-approved house designs for infill lots.  Click HERE to view the plans.  All of these plans have been expertly designed to fit into the City’s existing neighborhoods and are FREE to use for anyone utilizing the New Homes in Your Neighborhood Program.
