Human Resources

Services During COVID-19

City Hall is open, however we still encourage citizens to utilize our online resources. Any employee needing to drop off personnel forms can email them electronically to one of our HR Staff members, email HumanResources@greenbaywi.gov, or drop off your forms in our drop box outside of City Hall. We ask that individuals do not use the drop box for documents that contain social security numbers, bank account numbers, etc. Please contact Human Resources for options that provide a more secure submittal for these types of documents. If you have any questions, please email HumanResources@greenbaywi.gov or call 920-448-3147.

The City is continuing to recruit and accept applications for open positions. Interviews will be conducted via telephone or through video conference. For information on open positions please visit the Job Opportunities page.
