(CPA 23-02) Public Hearing with possible action on a request to amend the City’s Comprehensive Plan for properties at 1035 VanderBraak (#20-350), 1030 Weise (#20-349), and unaddressed properties near 1119 VanderBraak (#20-381, #20-382 & #20-383) from Commercial to Low-Medium Density Residential, submitted by Community and Economic Development Department. Scheduled for Plan Commission review on March 13, 2023. Scheduled for Common Council review on March 21 and April 18, 2023. 

(ZP 23-08) Public Hearing with possible action on a request to rezone properties located at 1035 Vanderbraak (#20-350), 1030 Weise (#20-349), and 1119 Vanderbraak (#20-381, #20-382 & #20-383) from Light Industry (LI) to Office Residential (OR), submitted by Community and Economic Development Department (Ald. S. Campbell, District 6). Schedule for Plan Commission review on March 27, 2023. Scheduled for Common Council review on April 18, 2023, and May 2, 2023.   

1577 Langlade Avenue

(ZP 23-05) Consideration with possible action on the request for the establishment of a Planned Unit Development (PUD) for the Development of an Auto sales Use at 1577 Langlade Avenue (6-299-A & 6H-299-A-8) submitted by Michael Cuene, Broadway Ford Hyundai, petitioner and ADF Real Estate LLC, property owner.  This item is scheduled for Plan Commission review on March 13, 2023.  Anticipated to go before the Common Council on March 21 and April 18, 2023.

Floodplain Update

(TA 23-01) Consideration with possible action to repeal and recreate portions of the Zoning Code, Chapter 44, Article XIII, Division 1-11 – Floodplain Overlay District, Sections 44-1041 to 1368. Scheduled for Plan Commission review on February 27, 2023.  Anticipated to go before the Common Council on March 7 and March 21, 2023.

1100 Block of East Walnut Street

(ZP 23-03) Request to establish a Planned Unit Development at the 1100 Block of East Walnut Street (parcels 14-195,14-196,14-197,14-198,14-199,14-200,14-201 & 14-202) to permit a mixed-use office & multiple-family residential development, submitted by MF Housing Partners, LLC, applicant, City of Green Bay Redevelopment Authority, property owner. Scheduled for Plan Commission review on February 27, 2023.  Anticipated to go before the Common Council on March 7 and March 21, 2023.

815-821 South Chestnut Avenue and 414-418 4th Street 

(CPA 22-04) Request to amend the City’s Comprehensive Plan for portion of properties located at 815 - 821 South Chestnut Avenue (2-178-A & 2-178) and 414-418 4th Street (2-177, 2-176 & 2-175) from Commercial land use to Medium Intensity Retail, Office & Housing submitted by the City of Green Bay Department of Community and Economic Development for the Green Bay Redevelopment Authority, property owner.
