Board of Appeals Text Amendment

(TA 24-01) Public Hearing with possible action on the request to Amend Section 44-138, Green Bay Municipal Code codifying the Mayor of Green Bay as the designator of the chairperson of the Zoning Board of Appeals, submitted by the Law Department. Scheduled for Plan Commission review on February 26, 2024. Scheduled for Common Council review on March 5 & 19, 2024.

(ZP 23-25) Public Hearing with possible action on a  request by Basudev Adhikari of Green Bay Area Business Development LLC, applicant, Green Bay Retail Center, LLC, property owner for a Conditional Use Permit to allow a convenience store and fueling/gas/service station use within a Downtown (D1) district at 201 N Monroe Avenue. Scheduled for Plan Commission review on July 24, 2023. Scheduled for Common Council review on August 1, 2023. Sent back to Plan Commission for further consideration at their September 25, 2023 meeting. Held until further notice.
